The Singapore disAbilities & Allies Employee Resource Group (ERG) consists of AIG employees promoting equal opportunity for people of all abilities in AIG as well as in business and social communities around us.
Our mission statement is to build a culture of inclusion for talent of all disabilities by leveraging each employee's unique abilities, raising awareness, removing barriers and encouraging a workplace founded on dignity, trust and respect, thereby, improving productivity and integration of those with disabilities and those with family members with disabilities.
In March 2018, our ERG was awarded the Outstanding ERG award, which is the top award for ERGs within AIG - as a contribution for being one of the most active in terms of number of events, as well as strength in business integration.
