As part of Persons with Disability inclusion efforts, Cummins established an Assistive Technology group focused on projects to improve mobility like posture chairs for AWWA and cutting tools for Dignity kitchen. Also, Cummins is partnering SGEnable in auditing and improving hiring policies and processes as well as facilities to make Cummins more PwD inclusive. Cummins has launched several employee awareness talks to drive engagement. Last but not least, Cummins organizes about 15 community befriender events per year for employees to interact with beneficiaries like SPD and Rainbow Center providing the opportunity for employees to learn and contribute to the community.
