dbEnable Singapore was launched in 2014 as part of Deutsche Bank’s global initiative to foster an inclusive working environment. It is a volunteer employee group whose goal is to create an environment that increases the presence, participation and contribution of people with disabilities in our workplace.
It is one of the founding members of the Singapore Business Network on DisAbility, a community of like-minded businesses which have chosen to come together to share best practices and experiences, to learn from each other, and to collectively help make Singapore a more inclusive society by promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace.
