Singtel values and promotes diversity and inclusion within our organisation and community. As a founding member of SBNoD, we advocate and actively seek opportunities for collaboration, skills development and employability of persons with differing abilities through improving workplace accessibility, mentoring programmes and internship experiences leading to full-time careers. Singtel also funds and supports the Singtel Enabling Innovation Centre at the Enabling Village for skills training and assistive technologies in support of employment and work transition. Through the Singtel Future Makers social innovation programme, we support and mentor start-ups and social enterprises that leverage technology and innovation to address social issues.
