Launch of the Enabling Work app

SBNoD believes and champions a diverse and inclusive workplace and is pleased to announce the launch of the Enabling Work App, an app which provides simple, fun interactive learning and empathy training for companies and their staff to interact with and support colleagues with special needs.

We believe in a diverse and inclusive workplace as it provides different perspectives and fosters innovative thinking to solve business challenges. In line with our philosophy of building an inclusive workplace and society, we also value the inclusion of persons with differing abilities in our companies. 

 We are pleased that this app is co-developed and commissioned by SG Enable, the national agency dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities.

 Designed to promote and create better awareness for inclusive employment in Singapore, this app provides simple, fun interactive learning and empathy training for companies and their staff to interact with and support colleagues with special needs.

 Through simulation, users of the app will meet a number of virtual characters to learn about disability, adjustments at workplace to make it more accessible and inclusive, funding for workplace modifications and inclusive etiquette for interviewing job candidates.

 We are pleased that this app is commissioned and supported by SG Enable, the national agency dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities.
